Audiences around the world watching Britain’s Got Talent on Saturday night were left wowed by the beautiful and moving performance of The Presentation School Choir, Kilkenny! The choir, consisting of 57 girls and led by their Choral Director Veronica McCarron performed a rousing rendition of Adiemus, a new age song, written by Welsh composer Karl Jenkins. The first place we stopped by after the 2 hours drive from Dublin for ‘dunch’ is called Tides, before going in – I think it’s important to know that the location of it is right as you leave the beach: Tides, is owned by the Stephen Patrick Hunt – an Irish international footballer and currently plays for Coventry city in the UK. Upon entrance to the Bar on the right, there’s a welcoming warm fire for those cold days and nights  in Ireland. The fire in the bar has a well designed brick wall surrounding it and adds a very welcoming color, on top...
