Ireland’s Musical events for 2017
Ireland attracts many celebrities and artists that go on tour in Europe, I’ve gathered a list of all the tourists and locals who plan their vacation in Ireland to make sure you don’t miss on any of them. Even if you don’t know some of them and have never been to any of the concerts these bands are having in 2017, you most likely have a few friends who do and deserve to know the when and where.
New Years Eve 2016-2017 – NYF Dublin
New Years Festival(NYF) is an event you don’t want to miss, I was there on my first time in Ireland 3 years ago, and ever since always thought of my time going to a New Years event.
Come prepared for some live music with famous bands, fireworks and a kiss with your lover at midnight that you’ll never forget. Food & Beer is served at stalls through the whole event.
3 Days of festivities in Dublin to celebrate the upcoming new year of 2017.
Countdown Concert on the 31st of December will include Walking on Cars, The Blizzards, Briand Deady and Little Hours.

Drake – Saturday and Sunday, 19th and 20th of February
Known rapper from the United States will be visiting Ireland, they even added an extra day due to popular demand.

Let’s get the elephant out of the room, this lady is my favourite musician. I’ve been to her unforgettable event here in 2014 and followed her for years before that.
She’s a violinist that is liked amongst fans for her ‘recovery’ from the harsh words said to her in “America’s got Talent”. She’s a sensational performer that has inspired many to pick up a music instrument and follow their own dreams. My tickets have been booked, and yours?
Iron Maiden – Saturday 6th of May
Iron Maiden are a British heavy metal band formed in Leyton, East London, in 1975 by bassist and primary songwriter Steve Harris. The band’s discography has grown to thirty-eight albums, including sixteen studio albums, eleven live albums, four EPs, and seven compilations.
Take That, 15 and 16 of May
Take That is an English pop group, formed in Manchester in 1990. The group currently consists of Gary Barlow, Howard Donald, and Mark Owen. The original line-up also featured Jason Orange and Robbie Williams.
Fans who went to their previous events described the show as electric and fun that anyone would enjoy.
Electric Picnic 31st of August
Everyone is looking forward in Ireland towards Electric Picnic, a 3 days festival that gathers artists and funky people with creative minds who are looking to let loose a bit. you’re destined to enjoy the craic.

The incredible Rock Band – Coldplay have the most amazing songs and I’m a huge fan of them, you’ve all heard their songs on the Radio hundreds of times even if you don’t know their name.
You shouldn’t miss this gig!
Radiohead – Saturday 4th of November
Radiohead has been a huge band for a long while now, and has some of the most critically acclaimed music. Their music is creative and powerful, first listeners will either like or will experience a change in music style is coming to this decade.
